2000 Chrysler LHS 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

my cars exhaust smells like coolant coming from the tail pipe and white smoke coming out excessively, when I first start the engine and it idles rough when first started?

White smoke indicates an water/coolant leak being burnt through exhaust. Most likely you have a head gasket failure which is allowing coolant to enter engine and be burnt through exhaust.
