Engine cranks but wont start

my engine cranks as if it wants to start but does'nt.
I get spark and fuel but the compression spikes to 150psi and drops right down.

what could be the cause of my engine not starting
thank you for any assistance you can give me.

Is this what you got for compression is it wet or dry? Better do more testing like cylinder leakage test and cranking vacuum. It will never start

Verify the valve and ignition timing and comeback if more help needed.
