I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 6 cylinder 4.0 liter engine with 180,000 miles. The clunking noise is coming from some where in the front end. It starts at about 35 mph It is not the U joints, CV joint, sway bar, bushings, transmission mount- those have all been checked. It tends to level out at 50 mph but it keep clunking any ideas for me?

thanks

Have you checked the balance of your tires. I work in a automotive shop and we get people coming in with the same problem you have either check the balance and check for a bent rim.
Also another thing to check if you have had your drive shaft off and put back on make sure thay it was put on so u joints are oppisite of one another not the same way. Hope this helps :D also you might want tocheck your front end gear bearings
