98 Chrysler Concorde NO HEAT NO POWER BREAKS.

I have a 98 chrysler concorde and I have no heat. It smells like mildew when I turn it on. Also I think my power brakes have went out or are going out. When I step on the peddle it sounds as if air is releasing somewhere. I have to press the peddle all they way down to get my car to even stop. Do you know what's wrong with either of these. What should I look at first. Thank you!

Sounds like a vacuum leak, you'll have to find and plug it. One hint is the air sound when braking, look at the check valve on the booster, it should allow air to pass only one way.

Step 1 - A heater cannot operate unless the engine is full of coolant/antifreeze. If coolant level is low check the system for leaks.
