A/c works but weather started to change and no heat

Are both heater hoses getting too hot to hold when the engine gets up to operating temp?

Next I would get under the dash and see if the temp door moves while selecting different temperatures.

Looked under dash I saw nothing move when I changed temp

I posted the diagram for the actuator locations its labeled blend door. Is that the door that wasn't moving when adjusting the temp?

The door moves when you first start up the car but it doesn't when you change temp
