Windshield wipers, high beam lights, blinkers, the front windows, seat heaters, both car charger ports, and radio do not work suddenly after mechanic replaced fuel pump for a bad wire. The radio lights up but nothing will play or come on screen.

Clearly this doesn't make much sense because these are not related outside of the integrated power module. So the wire issues is what I am wondering why the fuel pump needed to be replaced because of a wiring issue. Did something happen that cause the wire issue? Was this hit by lightening or something drastic like that?

Also, when you say this happened after the pump was replaced, did they return this to you with that being the issue or did it happen some time after you got it back?

They replaced the fuel pump and the car sat for a while and it went out again. I found out later there was a leak to the back seat. I am not sure that is what causes it to go out again but they replaced it again saying this time there was a bad wire.
Yes, the second time around the car was returned to me like this butnit took 3 months just to get the pump replaced so I did not take it back.
I replaced a 30 a pink fuse in the back for the consul power that fixed most of the problems apart from the radio. When I tried to replace the light blue 20 amp fuse for the sound it immediately blows. I have no idea why as I have very little knowledge of cars. :/

Okay. That means you have a short in that circuit. You need to test it for a short to power and ground.

Can you get a picture of the fuse location so I can try to get you a wiring diagram of that circuit?
