2003 Chrysler 300 SHUTTING OFF WHILE DRIVING

After driving for a few miles the car begins to shut off on its own, after I get it to turn back on without any issues I begin to drive and as soon as the car reaches about 20mph it begins to stutter which it seems to do while changing gears. I have no clue whats going on> PLEASE HELP!

I have the same problem with same car. I have 2003 chrysler 300M. After driving for a while it shudders then after a while it shuts down. Then it starts right back up. I usually can make it home. No codes set. We changed the fuel filter in the gas tank, put in new battery, new plugs, all new colis, new air filter, alternator checked OK. Don't know what else to do?
