Car started overheating and when putting water in it is running out at the bottom as fast as putting it in. What could be the problem?

It is leaking right above the transmission pan but it is antifreeze and water mix.

It might be because the Plastic drain valve is in an open position on the bottom of the radiator on the left side from the front of vehicle.
