Every time I slow down and come to a full stop, I can hear this chirping noise from the rear. I already had a brake service, the rotors and pads were replaced and all the contacts was lubricated as well. For the first week, I did not hear this noise until lately. I can barely hear when I am parking (forward and backing) and when I start to drive after coming from a full stop. Do you think the calipers have to do something with the chirping noise? I remember a year ago that the dealer replaced the rotors, pads and one caliper because of the same problem. I did not hear the noise for more than a year but now, the said chirping noise is back. Thanks and hoping for your most appreciated reply.

Chirping is usually caused by metal on metal contact. The common areas are at the pad ears and the caliper to pad interface areas. The next are at the caliper slide points. One thing you can try; Park the car where you can reach it with a garden hose. Let it set overnight and then wash out all of the areas around the brakes. Brake dust can get into areas and cause squeaks. If you wash it and the squeaks go away for a couple days it is likely dust.

I did that already (washing) and the noise disappeared but after driving, the noise was back. I am also thinking of lubricating the caliper piston (outside part that is in contact with the pad) and see if this helps. If not, u have to replaced the calipers as well, Any suggestions? Thanks

If the piston lip was not lubed it could easily be the issue. I use brake quiet there and the at the outer pad where it touches the caliper. For the ears on the pads and anything else that is metal on metal it is ceramic brake grease. I have had one return with noise and that was a set of really cheap pads that sung like birds.
