Only when driving between 15 mph and 30 mph when I push on the gas I hear a slight bird chirp as it engages into gear but that’s the only time I hear it. There’s no sound from when I’m stopped and then start going nothing. Only when I’m cruising between those speeds and hit the gas is when it chirps. The truck also has the option to put in manual and when I do that no sound at all only when in drive. What could this be?

This issue sounds like you have a clutch material issue in the transmission. I have seen this a couple times and the thing that fix it was to service the transmission and replace it with full synthetic fluid.

Here is a guide that helps with a transmission service but I would just do this and replace the fluid with synthetic then give it about 50 miles and see if the noise is gone.

Let us know what happens. Thanks
