2000 Chevy Venture no start

This is the fourth time I have to tow it 1st time new battery 2nd time fuel pump, 3rd time new fuel pump was faulty it lasted 24 hours now it wont start again and they dont open again until monday. When I try to start their is a noise under the steering column that was not their the previous times.

HELP ME!
