2000 VENTURE VAN 3.4L 218,000 KM WILL NOT START

Van turns over but will not start. Hit gas tank with hammer and fuel pump started working and started. Changed fuel pump and van ran for a couple of days and would not start again. Could it be a defaulted fuel pump or the fuel relay.

IT may be a bad fuel pump again. Wouldn't surprise me. I assume you changed the filter at the same time. If not should have. Get a good look at the connector and make sure there is no evidence of any corrossion or such.

Check the fuel pressure if possible. I have seen back to back no starts with different reasons.
