My car is Cheverlet Ventre 2000 mileage: 66486.7, and about a week ago I noticed a problem with windshield wipers, they work properly but when I turn them off they don't go down to their normal place, so instead of going down they go up. I don't see any problem with the motor or switches. How can I fix them?

You need to replace the park mechanism. First call the closest gm dealer near you with your vehicle identification number handy and have them check for open recalls, this part was recalled.
