1998 Chevy Venture dash board and running lights work

1998 chevy ventures dash board and running lights stopped working(break lights, turn signals still work) I think it is a fuse in the fuse box on the engine block but I need to know which one and where it is in the box. Or if you think it can be anything else please respond

Underhood junction block is located on the front right side of the engine compartment, near battery
Best if you use a test light or a volt meter and check fuses with lights on

fuse # 37 associated with the IP lights
