1997 Chevy Venture Front Wheel Drive Automatic 120000 miles

My back blinkers dont light up or blink and my front blinker light are lit up but dont blink. My dash blinker arrows dont light up at all and my hazards dont light. Any advice you give would be helpful. We have checked the fuses and bulbs. Thanks we appreciate what you do.

Ironically I had inspected a 2000 Monte Carlo and the right front signal did not flash. I "excercised the flasher switch rather aggressively and ithe lights worked. The switches can get lazy when not used. And a good switch to not have to use!
