Hey Jeff,
Could not find any other relevant diagnostic checks for that so check the continuity of the est and those grounds and we'll call it a done deal! Stay warm my friend!

Chris,
I checked the EST wire and the Grounds both were ok for continuity. Went and got a PCM. The truck started roughly, timed at 0 degrees. Thats with the EST plugged in, but when I put it in reverse and put a load on it the truck has power then starts chugging and sometimes dies. It is closer but still not quite right.
The rough start is odd, it will crank normally and then it tries to drag, at times it will spin over fast.
Any more suggestion?
Also took if for a ride up the street but only made two houses.
Cleared codes and have a code 12
Having to retard it to get it to crank normal
and advancing to get to run. But no power to run.

Ok I understand your working. If you get time to look up something fine if not no biggie, trucks not going anywhere HAHAHA. Dont work too hard. Could it possibly be a fuel regulator or it loosing pressure, just something else that someone told me to check into. But now im working day shift and have one hour before it gets dark. But in the dark and cold if fun to work in. Haha

Hey Jeff,
Not sure if I understood your last post. Its timed @ 0 degrees w/ the EST plugged in? If so its not timed correctly. It should be @ 0 degrees w/ the EST unplugged and then plug it back in. (After you shut it down of course!) Home all weekend, let me know!

Hi chris.
Sorry I havent been able to get back to ya earlier. Wonderful time of the year here. Colder than a witches tit here, hasnt been over 20 degrees here and winds of 15-20 mph. Then the pipes froze at my inlaws and had to go out of town to fix there problem. I also bought a new truck to get back and forth to work in well a 04 silverado. But will start working on the 90 soon as the weather permits. Hope your staying warm up there.
I will recheck timing and get it all straightened out by the next time I speak with ya. Take care and thanx for all your help.
