Oversized radiator

Is there any downfall in having an oversized radiator, especially in the winter in NJ? I was told that the transmission will not warm up quicker than usual and the radiator will cause additional componenets to wera faster. Thanks, Mike.

Have you thought about transmission cooler if that's gonna be a problem with an oversized radiator.
