I dont know if its blown

I have a 1980 elcamino with a newer motor in it and know I have a little bit of white smoke coming out of the left tail pipe and smells like gas a little bit and a little water is coming out to is this a blown head gasket and if so can I just fix the one side or do I need to do both at the same time

The cheapest solution is to get all youre piston cyl's tested to see if you have a blown hd gasket, Also I would check each spark plug, When u pull them to pressure test the piston cyl, Also if everything checks out gooding that area, Also you could have a problem with youre carb, Or timing is off some degree's,
