Is the fuel pump in the tank on this model? And here is my problem auto started surging and stalling at an idle changed plug and wires found several plugs were finger tight any other ideas besides fuel pump?

Yes the fuel pump is in the tank. Doubt if that is your problem. If this model still has a cap and rotor I would replace them. Wouldn't hurt to replace the fuel filter while you are at it. Let us know how you make out. Just curious. Is your check engine light on while the vehicle is running?
