2000 Chevrolet 3500 won't start.

2000 Chevrolet 35000 won't start. Drove fine list weekend. It rained yesterday and was very foggy. This morning the engine turns over fine and it almost caught once. I tried spraying off the electronics, wires, etc. With wd-40 but it didn't help.

Is this a box van with v6? We had one of those at work and after rain would not start. Careful you don't flood it and blow the muffler off. Put a drop light next to distributer and let sit for about an hour to dry it out. Will fire right up.
