1998 Chevy Truck water pump

My truck ran hot (210) never boiled, water pump has waster running out of it, thermostat was changed, water pump was changed, new plugs, ( just to do it) but I shut off the truck when it started to get hot it didn't die, now the truck wont start, getting spark, getting fuel, what damaged may have happened, to cause it not to fire up?

Are you getting a good hot blue snapping spark to the plugs? Also, have you checked fuel pump pressure? If all is good, I would perform a compression test.
