1997 Chevy Truck no start no spark

My truck will not start, I parked it for a period of time approx. 2 mos and now it wont start, I have good fuel pressure and have replaced the cap rotor and pick up module the coil tests good but spark tests show no spark I put a scan tool on it and the crank sensor is working

Do you have power to the coil, also did check the ICM

I swapped the working icm and coil out of my suburban to eliminate them as the problem and still had no spark

CPS good sounds like PCM or its not getting an ignition reference signal.
