What causes my cruise not to work & my OBD2 port to fail together. I checked all the fuses in cab & under hood & none are visibly blown. Have switched same amp fuses to make sure they work. Just bought the truck & neither was working. Checked the fuses then & they started working. Now they have stopped & can't get them to work again. Everything else works.

Welcome, as far as the datalink connector, pin 16 is voltage, pins 4 and 5 are grounds. The voltage for pin 16 comes from aux power fuse 25 amp. Any fuses you check, use a testlite on the fuse circuit, to see if it is hot.

If you fooled around with fuse box and everything started working, maybe an issue with the fuse box?
