1996 Chevy Truck no rear brake/running/or blinker lights

My 7 way plug was ripped off of my truck. I put on a new one and now I have no rear brake lights or running lights and blinker lights are real dim. What did I do wrong? Could you tell me which color of wire go where, and did I screw up my system. I had all the rear lights before replacing adaptor but now nuthing. Please help

You will need atest light to fix it. Remove the new plug wiring, so we can make the truck work before adding anything to it.
Brown- running lights
Yellow - left turn
Dark Green- right turn
Black- ground.
Light Green- Back-up Lights.
