My steering seems to be getting weak. When I make a right turn, the wheel starts to move towards the right all by itself. And going down the highway it seems to drift to the right. When I go over rougher terrain, the steering wheel gets very jerky

Check the front allignment. And wheels. What it sounds like is the right front is out of allignment. Does it pull to the right when you put on the brakes?

Check the calliper on the right side. Made sure the wheel turns freely. If while turning the wheel it grabs in areas then the rotor should be checked to.
