1995 Chevy Truck

I have a 95 Chevy truck the speedometer and tact both went out. The truck does not shift properly. I have replaced the speed senor, the computer and the gauge cluster and nothing has fixed the problem.

Are there any applicable trouble codes? Are you still fully obd1 compliant? Do you have the 12 pin datalink connector? If so, you can check mil codes yourself, if you haven't already.

There is a vss buffer under the right side of dash. I can't be sure it is faulty, just a thought.
