I have a 1990 chevy truck w/350 ci throttle body injection 180,000 miles my biggest problem is when the ambient air temp is 45 degrees or less the ignition system produces no spark. Lthe starter rotates the engine just fine. Ater in the afternoon when the sun warms the air temp it cranks and runs great! This is a mystery to me and I would generously make a donation if I could get this one solved thank you all !

When cold, check the battery cables with a Ohm meter. Flex the cable and see if the meter move, if it dose then you got a internal crack. Do this with all the critical cables, next I would have the battery check (when cold) with a load test. When the temp it warms up all the electrical cable’s expand internally. Check also (clean if you have to) the connections to the starter solenoid. Let me know if this help
