when I try to start it, it will start, run and idle until I cut it off, then it won't start again and it seems like the exhaust is getting clogged up and it backfires really bad. What could be causing that?

I have already done a tune up, replaced the oxygen sensor, and the pcv valve. It seems to clog up after running for a while and then starts backfiring. If I turn it off, it won't start again. Any other ideas?
