1990 Chevrolet Truck heater

I don't have any heat. Blower works, heater core & thermostat replaced and fuse inside truck o.K. What else do I need to check?

1990 Chevrolet 1/2 ton 4wd v8 with 216,000 miles.

See if the heater hoses are hot or cold, it's either the temperature blend dorr is stuck, or I have heard of the impeller blades in the water pump disintigrating over time.
