1989 Chevy Truck V8 Four Wheel Drive Manual

My truck runs and starts great, however it occasionally bogs down then will come back and drive fine. Sometimes it does it 6 or 8 times for a 10 mile trip sometimes not at all. I have had it bog down and not straighten up then it stalled. It did start back up and drive fine. Ive had the plugs, wires, fuel filter, cap and rotor replaced and fuel injector cleaner placed in it. I love my truck. Can anyone please help me figure out what I need to do to get it running up to standard?
