Hi I have a 1987 chevy celebrity has 36000 original miles and I changed all the fluids. And put on new tires and drove it some 300 mi round trip. Did not have any problems until I returned home. The car still starts and runs great but there is coolant on the floor on passanger side no busted hoses thought it migt be a faulty heater core can any one help me please. Thank you Richard.

Sounds like you hit the nail on the head. It is probably a heater core. Make sure the replacement has the restrictor valve. Good luck as they are a little time consuming to replace.

Thank you for the help Jim I took the dash board out and sure enough ther was the problem. When I replce it I will make sure to have a replacement that haas a rescrictor valve thank you again. Richard
