1980 Chevy Truck truck won't start

My chevy pickup has been setting for three days and it will not start. Unless you pour gas into the carb. But if I use it every day it starts fine. Its a 3500 4X4 dually. All stock. Any ideas of what it might be?

With extended crank, take the airhorn off the carb and see if there is any gas in the float bowl. Maybe it needs a carb kit? With rochester carb, I can usually take the airhorn off without removing the carb.
