1978 Chevy Truck V8 All Wheel Drive Automatic

In my truck I have a four barrel carb. And the gas fountians out of the over flow port in the rear. What could it be. I've checked the float and its fine. Could it be the needle. Or would it be better to get a new carb.

Hi there,

I would be checking the needle & seat, you may be better of getting the carby over hauled with a full repair kit and re setting all adjustments.
