2004 Chevy Trailblazer Noises inside the dash

My 2004 trailblazer is making a high pitched noise between 55 and 60 mph. The noise sounds like its coming from inside the dashboard but im not positive. Also, my one and two settings on my a/c fan don't work anymore. Any idea what it could be?

First, the fan problem. Have the blower motor resister replaced. That should take care of that problem. As far as the noise, this one is interesting. Could it be a belt noise from under the hood? A vacuum leak under the dash?

I had the resistor replaced and that fixed the fan problem. Im still hearing the high pitched noise tho. Thanks for your help
