2004 Chevy Trailblazer 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My duel control air right side HOT all the time.

There are two accuators one for the left side and one for the right. see if the right side is getting power if it is and doesn't work then remove it , there are two screws for each one. remove it and see if you can move it by hand and reinstall it an dsee if that cures it...... but you'll need the thing replaced if it's bad. #1 is left #2 is right in the picture
