2003 Chevy Trailblazer brake lights on

Lately for some reason, my brake lights have been turning on with no one in the car! It seems to happen more when it's parked outside. I've been monitoring it and it doesn't seem to happen when it's in the garage. Is it something I could fix?

Check out brake light switch on top of pedal. See ig out of adjustement

Thanks for the info but can you send me a visual or expalin exactly what I'll be looking at once I open the panel? I've been in that area before when I replaced an actuator motor that controlled the a/c vent flaps. Anyway, please let me know. Thanks.
