1996 Blazer S-10 Tranny Slipping 1886 Code

I am getting an 1886 code on a scanner for a '96 Blazer. There is no P1886 code in the list but an P1887 code which is TCC Torque Converter Clutch Release Switch Circuit. Any ideas on what and where this is on the car or if this is the same for the P1886 code.
