2008 Chevy Tahoe struts
2008 CHEVROLET TAHOE
What would happen if I drove on my bad struts for an extra week after finding out that I had them/
have the same problem?

Driving with bad struts can cause excessive suspension travel and possible loss of control, so if you do, drive slow and carefully and drive on smooth roads.
You should replace as soon as you can.
