Engine almost turns over but will not. Checked batter, battery is good. What can be the problem at this point?

Ok some question first to better understand what you mean ok. So when you say turns over but will not what do you mean. Does the engine turn over and it will not start or do you mean the engine starts to turn over then stops turning over? Get back to me so I can better help.

First sorry it took a bit to get back to you My daughter got married Saturday and I was there to give her away.
With that said I think we should first look into the theft system as it has a starter kill. So I need to know if you have a digital multi meter and a test light and if you feel comfortable enough to do a couple of tests to see what the power to the starter is doing when you go to crank it over. Get back to me and we will go from there.
