1999 Chevy Tahoe V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i checked my fuses my bulbs and there good but there was a switch by my brake and I pluged it in and my car didnt want to move out of gear why is that and what is it

That is your brake light switch and it is most likely faulty

Replace that switch you are talking about, it's the brake lamp switch and also interferes with the gear shift lever. Pretty easy to replace, disconnect battery, unplug sensor, unbolt from mounting spot, replace with new and reverse rest of steps.
