1995 Chevy Tahoe driver door lock switch

Driver side door lock switch will not work, bought new switch and still doesnt work. Have a alarm and it locks the door and can lock the door with the passinger side switch.

Are you getting power to the switch? I believe it runs from the main switch on the driver's side.

Yes, the windows and all other electric stuff is being operated with it. The only thing that doesnt work is the door lock switch. Can you tell me what color the wire supplies the power and I will run a direct wire to it from another power source. Thanks, Jesse

Hi:
There are two wires. One receives power to get the window to go up, the other down.
