The right brake/turn wire on the trailer plug does not work. It also does not get "hot" when turning the running lights on either. The brake lights on the vehicle work fine. The right turn signal on the vehicle works fine. The running lights on the vehicle work fine. The Dark Green wire leaving the plug appears to run the length of the vehicle with no breaks but I'm not sure where it goes. All fuses appear to be good. What should I check next? There is some type of moduel under the right rear quarter panel but this wire didn't appear to run through that.

I checked all the fuses under the hood. Is there a fuse box under the dash as well? Thanks.

The vehicles lights work perfectly. Is just the trailer plug thats not getting the power on the right brake/turn light wire.
