Squeaking Noise from Rear

Our Suburban (2004) is making a squeaking noise from the rear of the vehicle when in drive. It only makes the noise when under a load, ie.- Low gears getting up to speed, or coming to a stop and the gears are downshifting. I can hear this squeak when my wife drives away, and I have walked along the truck to see which direction it is coming from. For sure it is near the rear of the drive shaft, or inside the axle housing. I am not a mechanic, but am handy. What in the world could be making this noise? I currently have both rear wheels off the hubs, and it is on jack stands in the driveway. I can't make it reproduce the sound by spinning the hubs, and I am thinking about jacking up the front of the truck so I can get a better look at the drive shaft. Any experienced advice is welcome.

Hello,

It sounds like a squeak from the brakes I'm not talking about the main rear discs brake. I am talking about your emergency brake inside the center of the rear disc.

It could be the axle bearing as well which will just make noise when weight is on it.
