Welcome, I'd check fuel pressure with a gage, before suspecting the pump. Key on engine off, 60--66 psi. Spider fuel systems also have a problem with fuel poppets sticking. One of the symptoms might be extended crank, good spark at plugs and no fuel pressure. How long since a tune-up? The pump should be in the tank. When you first tuen the key on, no crank, can you hear the pump run a little? There is also a fuel pump test connector, red wire with connector, nothing plugged in, my info says it is located, left rear of engine compartment. If you use a jumper wire from battery voltage, using an inline fuse, to the connector, the pump should run. No need to use key.
