1999 Chevy Suburban door locks

Can you unlock them at all? If not check fuses and relays, Then remove door panels and check power lock acuators, those are the small motors that lock and unlock doors. Check for power to acuators and make sure they move free. A little wd 40 goes a long way. Look at all rods inside door to check for binding of any kind. Disconnect acuators and try it manually.
