1999 Chevy Suburban door lock fuse

This fuse blows as soon as I put one in. I know this is a short but what is the be way/place to start to determine where the short.

Start where the wiring is most likely to be shifted/moved around, such as in the door jamb and in the door itself. Remove the door panel and inspect the wiring there first.
