1999 Chevy Suburban blinker noise when blinker isn't on

When my blinker isn't on, it still sounds like it is.

Sounds like your multifunction switch, when its doing it lightly wiggle your hazzard switch and if it goes away with slight movement or you can make it start this noise by doing this replace the multifunction switch
