I tried to start my Suburban yesterday and it would not crank over. It did not even click. It was like I never even turned the key. The radio still had power and even the A/C blower was working. It would not take a jump. Also, I tried to charge the battery and it only took about 30 minutes and it was charged. I put it back in the car and tried again, with the same outcome. About 2 weeks ago I was taking the key out and when I did it came out in the power position. Also, I took it out in the off position and the radio was still playing. Do I have an ignition problem, or is it something else. I am physically disable and need my vehicle. I sent you a message yesterday and I have not heard back, yet. I hope to hear from you soon. Thank You and God Bless, John---I live on $600 a month and have no money. Could You PLEASE still help me?

Ignition switch under dash on top of the steering column. Not hard to change. Be sure and check all fuses first... Luck to ya... Kirk
