Voltage too high for power inverter

Vehicle voltage at 15 volt which is destroying my power inverter. GM will address the problem because of the computer system.

Hello,

High voltage output caused by a faulty voltage regulator in the alternator.
Test the alternator and verify the output that you are seeing on the gauge.

If the voltage is high the alternator needs to be replaced.
