Is it possible that I can receive data on pass speed and cruise contol information stored in the computer of my truck. If so how for back would the computer store this information in the memory. Also can the computer in my truck calibrate the top speed and cruise contol history. If so how would I go about getting this information. The reason why I ask these question beacuse I had my curise contol set at 72mile an hour but clock at 89miles an hour could there be a malfunction in my speedometer.

That data may only be available if a trouble code was set and you were able to monitor the freeze fram data, otherwise that info would not be stored in the PCM.

I would verify that the VSS signal is accurate via scan tool. If so and the mph showing on the scan tool appears about right, you may have a bad instrument cluster.
